About my Practice
I know how exhausting it is to hate yourself or the life that you’re living. I know what it feels like to be stuck in a body that you do not want to be in, or, feeling emotions that you desperately do not want to feel. You’re not alone. If you are looking for a different way of relating to yourself, your body, your emotions, the people in your life, the world around you, and you have an interest in working with art-making to do that, I invite you to reach out to see what else is possible.
My Areas of Focus Include:
Expressive Arts Therapy
BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent individuals and communities
Building self-compassion, self-esteem and sense of identity
Trauma (single-incident, complex and systemic)
Individuals who feel ostracized by mainstream mental healthcare services
