Clinical Offerings
Expressive Arts Therapy helps to turn the big and abstract concepts into tangible things that we can work with. I have experience working with single-incident, complex and systemic traumas, depression, and anxiety disorders.
Populations I have experience working with include Indigenous Peoples, Neurodivergent people, Queer folx, and individuals categorized as exhibiting Borderline Personality Disorder traits.
1:1 Sessions
One-on-one sessions combine psychotherapy with expressive arts practices to offer a unique way of exploring and understanding beliefs, emotions, parts of ourselves and experiences we have had/are having.
Before we work together, I will typically hold a 15 minute free consultation call to get a better understanding of what you are looking for from treatment and explain what I can offer. During this call we will also discuss fees, availability, concerns, and you will be given opportunities to ask me any questions you may have regarding care.
Group Sessions
Group sessions provide a safe(r) and supportive space for folks working on similar mental health and/or wellness goals to work with self-discovery, growth and healing in community. Group sessions may be offered in-person, online or in a hybrid format.
Drop In / Open Groups - Accessible to anyone who wants to join; you may need to reach out or register in order to access the group and there may be capacity limits to the amount of people who can join at one time.
Closed Groups - These will include an intake / screening assessment to determine if you will be a good fit for the group and if the group will be a good fit for what you are looking for. There will be a set number of sessions and the people accessing the group will remain the same for the duration of the group.
